ARTWORK: Please submit via electronic file in Adobe Illustrator or EPS files format only please. We prefer the Adobe CS2 version. Do not send art in a program format such as Word or PowerPoint and we cannot work off of JPEG or GIF photo files. For laser engraving artwork must be black and white line art (no gradients or layers of colors).

ARTWORK CHARGES: If artwork needs to be touched up, reconstructed, converted to a vector EPS, color separated or manipulated in any way, art charges may be incurred. These charges will be acknowledged before proceeding with the order. Artwork that requires manipulation may add additional time to production. SWISS+TECH will advise of any changes in shipping dates. Graphic services are billed at $30.00 (V) per hour.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME: All laser engraved items have a standard production time of 7-10 business days (pad and screen printed orders require a 3 week lead time) from receipt of completed purchase order, acceptable artwork, paper proof approval, and 50% pre-production deposit.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% of the total order must be submitted by credit card or company check before any production will be started.

PAPER PROOF SAMPLE PRIOR TO PRODUCTION: Free of charge a pre-production paper proof will be prepared for all orders and will be faxed to the entity issuing the order. Orders will not be processed without a paper proof approval.

SET UP CHARGES: Laser engraving or screened set-up is $75.00 (V). Re-orders have a repeat set-up charge of $25.00 (V). Extra screen print or pad print colors are an additional $1.25 (V) per unit plus an additional set-up charge of $25.00 (V) per color.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush service is available on all in stock items provided purchase order is complete, correct art  is supplied and 50% deposit is made. For 3-4 business day production, add rush charge of $62.50(V) to the order. For 2 business day production (available for laser engraving only), add rush charge of $125.00(V). However, during peak times and depending on quantity ordered rush production may not be possible. Please ask for a rush quote when placing your order.

SPECULATIVE SAMPLES: A laser engraved only speculative sample can be produced for $75.00 (V) plus the item EQP. If an order materializes for the item as made per the speculative sample, you will not be charged any additional set up fee for that specific order. 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS: Any change or cancellation of an order in process will be subject to all costs incurred to date as well as a $75.00 (V) cancellation charge. Changes to a purchase order must be acknowledged in writing before SWISS+TECH can proceed processing each order.

DISCONTINUED STYLES/COMPONENTS: SWISS+TECH reserves the right to discontinue any item, packaging, component, or style without notification.

LARGE QUANTITY PRICING: For quotations on quantities above those shown in the catalog, please contact SWISS+TECH.

LESS THAN MINIMUM: Less than minimum of 50 units add $37.50 (V) to total order price.

RETURNS: All engraved items are non-returnable

SHIPPING: All shipping weights shown in this catalog are approximate. Actual weights may vary. If the freight charge is billed to a third party account, the declared value of the carton will be forwarded to the carrier to be charged to the third party account. All merchandise is shipped FOB Cleveland, Ohio unless otherwise noted. Unless a specific method is indicated with the order, we will use our judgment and ship via the best and most suitable means of transportation. Delivery address changes must be submitted in writing no later than 3 business days prior to scheduled ship date.

TERMS: Terms will be extended to those companies whose credit standing has been approved by SWISS+TECH. A line of credit cannot be established, nor can terms be extended without our credit application and resale certificate being completed, signed and returned prior to shipment of your first order. Sales tax will be charged on all orders sold to or shipped within Ohio and New York unless a Use/Sales Tax certificate for the applicable state is on file with our Credit Department.
